Professional All-Aluminum Housing
The Juno Motorized Projection Screen series is made of white aluminum housing that is both durable and attractive. The screen housing is made of durable solid one piece aluminum for years of trouble free operation. The aluminum casing comes within a clear protective plastic wrap, to prevent any damage to the housing during shipping and setup. The wrap can be easily removed and requires no tools.
It seems like a small feature to have black borders around the viewing area, but it should not be underestimated. Having black borders improve the perceived brightness and contrast of a projected image by surrounding the projected images in black. This adds both punch and brightness.
Triple-Layered, Fiberglass-Enforced Screen Material
The Motorized Projection Screen series uses an extremely durable, heavy duty, triple layered material. The first layer is consists of the optical viewing surface, which is available in any one of our five materials. The second layer is a thick fiberglass layer giving the material strength and durability. The last layer is a fully black material that is opaque to all visible light.
Extra Black Drop for High Ceilings
Our screens come with extra drop which is useful for high ceiling installations. The extra drop allows the screens dropped low enough so that screen is within the audience viewing cone. This feature saves installation costs by reducing the need for difficult and complex installation procedures.
The retraction system on our screen is specially designed so that it stops at regular intervals. This allows the flexibility to only use the surface area that you want. Additionally, the screen recoil mechanism uses heavy duty springs and locking mechanisms that will perform with clockwork precision year after year.
Automatic Limit Detection
EluneVision Motorized Projection Screen series features a feedback trigger concealed inside the housing that will automatically stop the motor when the screen is fully retracted into place. A tubular motor has manually set upper and lower limit for the bottom bar stopping position. When the upper limit of the projection screen is accidentally set too high by its user on a tubular motor, the motor will keep working against the housing even when the bottom bar will not go in any further. This problem is one of the most common sources of screen fabric damage. This feedback system is the solution to that problem, offering its user a worry-free hassle-free installation and everyday operation.
